PRICES: Prices are per person based on shared twin/double room occupancy. Prices do not include personal cost such as laundry, telephone, gratitude, and etc.
PAYMENTS:
A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is paid before we can reserve any services of the tour for you, and the last payment is made 60 days prior to the date the tour starts.
If your tour will start within 60 days, a full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment Form: All payments are in US Dollars. We ONLY accept payments via bank transfer (by credit card). Payments made by bank transfer must include the bank fee charged by your bank.
Refunds: What services of the tour we have not purchased (and/or our partners do not charge for any reason), we will refund to you after subtracting the cost related to the services.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once a service or all services of the tour have been made, cancellation policy must be used. Please submit your cancellation via email. We only count the date we receive your email to figure out the cancellation fee you may have to pay:
Up to 61 days prior to departure: forfeit deposit
60 to 21 days prior to departure: 50%
20 to 4 days prior to departure: 80%
3 day or less prior to departure: 100%
PHOTOS/VIDEOS:
Leisure Travel may take photos or video of its trips which may include you. We will use those products for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to travelers.
